Application

The vector universal frequency conversion governor is applicable to variable frequency speed regulation of three-phase asynchronous motor and widely used for AC asynchronous motor and permanent-magnet synchronous motor speed governing and system reform and update in the plastics, printing and dyeing, machinery and other fields.

Technical features

Three control methods: No PG vector control (SVc), VIF control and torque control Starting torque: No PG vector control (SvC): 05Hz/150% rated torque;
0.75~18.5kW specification built-in brake unit. If the quick parking is required, the brake resistance can be directly connected; 16-segment simple PLC, multi-speed control and PID control;
Supporting a variety of frequency settings: Digital setting, analog setting, PID setting, communication setting, etc. Support start and stop DC braking;
Input and output terminals are freely programmed. Users can combine a variety of working modes as per their needs; There is a hopping frequency control function, with mechanical resonance avoided to make the system more stable; Instantaneous power failure non-stop function;
Hibernation wake-up delay setting function Over torque detection function;
Selection of multiple upper limit frequency setting sources;
Speed tracking restart function: realizing the smooth start without impact of the rotating motor;
Forward and reverse rotation inching function: Users can freely define the multi-function shortcut key. The modified function code which is different from the factory default can be quickly browsed by setting the parameter;
Automatic voltage adjustment function: When the grid voltage changes, the constant output voltage is automatically kept; The oscillation suppression function effectively solves the problem of low-frequency oscillation of high-power motor;
Multiple fault protection functions: overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, over-temperature, phase loss, overload and other protection functions.
